Keep in mind that a wrestler may not have a PIN rating (I don’t know why that would be the case … just going by USA Wrestling’s information).

NOTE: The weight listed below is the weight they registered … don’t be surprised if they weigh-in at a different weight class.

Lightweights at U15 is going to be outstanding. Two of the top PIN ratings for U15 Freestyle are both a 41 kg with Manny Novelli and Keegan Bassett. But 44 kg might be the deepest with Dinges, Dobbs, Karenbauer, Carver, as well as Traveon Ducking of Indiana and others. 48 kg looks like the weight that is most wide open and there are a number of SE hammers that could make a run there.
