Campbell defeated No. 16 Lehigh 22-11 before falling to No. 21 Oregon State 23-12 in back to back duals against nationally-ranked opponents Saturday at Gill Coliseum. Montreat Falls to Queens - In the first home dual of Montreat wrestling's season, the Cavaliers dropped a decision to NCAA Division II Queens University of Charlotte Royals 28-10. The Cavs moved to 0-2 on the year following two defeats to NCAA institutions, despite an admirable fight on the morning.

Southeastern opens season at Patriot Open - Southeastern will send a group of 27 wrestlers to the Patriot Open this weekend to officially kick off the 2021-22 season. Indiana Tech, Life, Marian, Reinhardt, along with the host Cumberlands are among the expected participants of the tournament that begins Sunday at 9 a.m. at the Corbin Arena in Kentucky.
Saints Men's Wrestling Has Record Day at Kaufman Brand Bayly Open - The Limestone University men's wrestling team turned in a historical effort at the Kaufman Brand Bayly Open on Saturday, November 6. The Saints turned in a 24-29 overall mark and a record-high six Saints placed in the top-6. Trey Finnearty (The Plains, Ohio) placed third, Jaqion Williams (Greenwood, S.C.) and JaQuez Bostic (Columbia, S.C.) placed fourth, while John Burger (New Milford, N.J.), Caleb Holcombe (Easley, S.C.), and Juan Edmond-Holmes (Goose Creek, S.C.) all took home 6th-place finishes.
NC State Claims 6 titles at Citadel Open - In the first tournament of the 2021-22 NC State Wrestling season, the Wolfpack claimed six of the 10 weight classes and had 15 top-three finishes over at The Citadel Open. NC State claimed the top three spots at both 197 pounds and heavyweight, and also the top two at 157 pounds. Former South Carolina hammer Owen Trephan wins at 285 over teammate Deonte Wilson.
Tar Heels hit the road in Top 15 Matchup - The No. 12 ranked North Carolina wrestling team (2-0 overall; 0-0 ACC) hits the road for the first time to take on No. 10 Ohio State in an early-season top-15 showdown. The match between the Tar Heels and Buckeyes will take place at 1 p.m. ET.
UTC downs Cumberland 25-15 - The Chattanooga wrestling team opened its 2021-22 campaign with a 25-15 victory over Cumberland inside Maclellan Gym on Saturday night.

Brewton-Parker takes 8th at Mount Union Invitational - The Barons gathered eighth place in the 10-team field, earning 73 points. Brewton-Parker, the lone NAIA program, competed in a field that was comprised of three NCAA DII programs and six NCAA DIII programs. Four of the nine teams were nationally ranked in their respective divisions.
