  • Quad 1: St James advances

    • Bayshore Christian downed Reeltown 36-33 and then we had a shootout between St James and Bayshore. Bayshore gave up 3 forfeits and St James had 1 and those 12 points certainly played a part in the final outcome. Caleb Heger started things out for Bayshore with a major decision win at 160 before Ariel July, Clayton Craft, and Owen Penney to take an 18-4 lead. Bayshore took the lead with 4 consecutive wins at 220, 285, 106, and 113 … Bayshore led 26-18 after 8 matches. Logan Hartson and Granger Hicks put St James in front for good with 2 falls at 120 and 126 (and couple with 2 forfeits) pushed St James to a 42-26 lead and ultimately a 42-36 win.

  • Quad 2: Ashville advances

    • Dora downed Montevallo to setup a meeting with Ashville for a spot in the final four. The dual began with a forfeit to Mason Wilson of Ashville at 285 and then the Bulldogs got a fall at 106 from Owen Meads to push to a 12-0 win. Talin Cummings, Jayden Rouse, and Damon Clayton each got wins (and 2 falls) to push Dora into the lead 15-12. Ashville took control of the dual at 132 with 3 falls and a tough 10-8 decision by William Simpson over Bryson Rouse at 145 … Ashville took the lead 33-15 with 5 matches remaining. Delvin Taylor and Jonathan Foster each got wins for Dora to narrow the Ashville lead to 33-25 with 3 matches remaining. Dylan Harris put Ashville up for good with a fall at 182 and the final score was 45-31.

  • Quad 3: Deshler advances

    • Deshler downed New Hope 58-24 and Cherokee County downed St John Paul II 38-30 to setup a Deshler vs. Cherokee County dual to see who advances. Deshler took control from the beginning with 3 falls, a forfeit and a major decision to take a 28-0 lead. David Herrick, Joseph Rayborn, and Talan Young got Cherokee County back on track with 3 falls to narrow the Deshler lead to 28-18. Devon Jeffreys, Andrew Gates, Ryan Mills, and Lathan Jeffreys shut the door on the dual by adding another 24 for Deshler … finishing the dual 58-24.

  • Quad 4: Ohatchee advances
