New Alabama Rankings

Coach Zogg and the rest of the Alabama Coaches have released their 4th rankings of the season.

3 New #1’s in 7A

7A introduces 3 New #1’s in Devin Stone at 138, John Edwards at 170, and Cameron Reese at 285. Edwards move into the top spot at 170 with Warren Hoyt moving up to 182. Stone takes over the top spot from Nathan Tate of Prattville (who is now #2) and Cameron Reese is the top 285 with Drew Lawson of Bob Jones taking #2.


6 New #1’s in 5A-6A

Many changes in the 5A-6A Rankings - especially at the top spot. Brodie Christmas takes the top spot at 106 with Will Anderson moving to the top spot at 113. Jacob Holland claims the 120 top spot that was held in previous rankings by Alex Webb (who has now wrestled many times down at 113). Kyler Adams big win over Melton Powe in the State Duals Finals puts him the top spot at 138 and Carson Kim’s run over the last two weeks has moved him to the top at 160.

Mason Blackwell moves down to 182 and that opens the top spot at 195 for John McKimmon of Mountain Brook. Dylan Daring of Shades Valley takes over the top spot at 285 after a fantastic two weeks of wrestling.


6 New #1’s in 1A-4A

1A-4A also features 6 new #1’s in the latest rankings. Marcus Wright claims the top spot at 113 and Cody Herrick takes over at 132. Freshman Zach Buchanan has taken over the top spot at 138 after a very good state duals and Jaylen Thomas puts White Plains on the graphic at 145. Weaver is tough up top and they add another at the #1 spot in Devin Anderson at 182. Trevon Bolton rounds out our new #1’s at 220.
