SEWrestle NOTE: Baylor is one of the best teams in the SE (we could make a case for them over Lake Highland Prep as the #1 team in the Southeast). State Champs Jacob Bond, Oliver Phillips, Nate Askew and Hunter Sturgill return. As do State Placers George Emendorfer, Chase Hart, and Grady Joyner. Coach Kendle and Baylor picked up huge transfers in 2x Tennessee State Champ Max Norman, Tennessee State Placer Titus Norman, and National Prep Runner-up Matt Hart. Incoming freshman Mal Puckett has a ton of experience for a freshman and this squad has few holes and can compete with any team in the country. Tennessee should expect big things from Baylor at National Preps in 2024.
