The foundation is set. Seaforth has been building over the last few years and finished 11th at the 2A Traditional State Tournament in 2023. This year’s squad is not only looking for a top 5 finish … they have their sights set on a title. State Runners-up Gabe Rogers and Josh Miller as well as State Placer Layne Armstrong are hammers down low for the hawks and the trio sets the tone for each dual. Judge Lloyd and Harrison Compton qualified for the big dance in 2023 and have their sights set on making the podium in 2024. If Seaforth can get 6 on the podium and a few others to score points the final weekend of the season … they will be tough to beat. The key for Seaforth is the middle of the lineup - particularly in duals. Chance Cody, William Bass, and Alex Hinchman all have post-season experience … they along with Palmer Moad up top will be asked to step up and take care of other parts of the lineup. Seaforth also welcomes 2x State Qualifier Ethan Kuball as a transfer. Keep an eye on Ben Johnson, Kaden Brewer and Pierson Moad as well as a freshmen duo in Oscar Ditter and Mattox Llloyd. Seaforth will be a force in 2024 - how much of a force remains to be seen. - SEWrestle
