The Yellow Jackets graduated a solid core from last year including State Qualifier Aveon Newell. That means Coach Maccay will turn to a few returners and some new faces in 2021-2022. Jason Allen, Donte Pope, and Chris Carterette return and should be the core of the Yellow Jackets team. Keep an eye on Jaylen Harwood who returns after being at another school last year. Keep an eye on Brooks Calderone and Jordan Summers - they will look to make an impact in 2022.
“We are going to focus on getting better each time we are on the mat, in practice or matches. We graduated 7 seniors last year and will be rebuilding in a lot of weight classes. ”
