The Chargers qualified two for the 2021 2A State Tournament and both Holden Kapsos and Sebastian Macauley return for their senior seasons. Kapsos and Macauley will look to make the podium in Kissimmee in 2022, but will also be counted on to lead the next group. Kapsos and Macauley could be joined in Kissimmee by fellow senior Yumandy Espinoza who finished with 2 wins at the Region 4 tournament and will look to book his ticket to Kissimmee in 2022.
Vinny Berkoff, Sebastian Cordon-Coro, and Chad Senecal will also look to make an impact on 2022. Suncoast has gotten better in the 4 years under Tria’s reign and will look to take another step this coming season.
“The team will be lead by State Qualifiers Kapsos and Macaulay. Espinosa trained hard this summer. The success of the season comes down to the leadership shown by these three seniors.”
