Cardinal Gibbons (FL)

Gibbons has an outstanding group of Seniors that will look to lead Gibbons to a title - both individually and as a team. Gibbons was 5th in 1A a year ago and lost State Runner-up Tyler Cabral to graduation, but return most of the other contributors and should be back in the hunt again in 2022. Gibbons has 4 returning State Placers including State Champ Nicholas Yancey returning … if Peyton Vargas, Matthew Palermo, and Daniel Korchensky can each climb the podium - Gibbons will be in a good position to make a run as a team.

The key is the continued development and production of Robert Limperis, Sajid Mabud, and Diego Peralta. Add in a few others that can make some noise and Gibbons will be right in the mix in March.

I’m excited about this upcoming season. We have a lot of guys that can make some noise at states this year. They have been working hard during the off season. I can’t wait to see them compete for a state title.
