2019-20: Redshirting as an unattached wrestler, went 22-10 at 125 pounds and placed fifth at the Southern Scuffle … Won first place at the Newberry Open with a 4-0 recorded that included a win by tech fall (16-1) in the final against UNCP's Anthony Carter. Opened the tournament with a win by a 10-3 decision, recorded a quarterfinal pin and reached the final with an 8-1 decision … At the Southern Scuffle, went 5-2 and posted a takedown in the first 10 seconds of a 9-3 semifinal loss to fourth-ranked Nick Piccininni of Oklahoma State. Had notable wins against previously ranked Jonathan Tropea of Rider, Navy’s Aslan Kilic and VMI starter John McGarry (13-0 major decision) … Beat North Carolina starter Joseph Melendez 2-0 to reach the Appalachian Open semifinal round … Placed fifth at the National Collegiate Open by going 3-2.

2017-18 • FRESHMAN SEASON: Went 6-8 at 125 ... finished fourth in the Fr./So. bracket at the Hokie Open ... runner-up at the Appalachian Open.

2016-17 • REDSHIRT SEASON: Sat out the season as a redshirt.

• Claimed top honors at the 2021 U.S. Senior Nationals at 57 kg. Went 3-0 in the tournament, outscoring his foes 32-7. Won 8-6 after a pair of second period takedowns after the score was tied 3-3.

2020-21
• NCAA Qualifier for the second straight year at 125 pounds.
• Entered as the #6 seed, went 2-2. Won his first two bouts before falling to #3 seed and NCAA finalist Courtney of Arizona State, 4-2.
• Earned All-ACC honors after placing second at the ACC Championship.
• Went 10-4 overall, 6-1 in duals and 4-1 in ACC duals.
• Seven of 10 wins were for bonus, 7-0 in bonus bouts overall.
• In his first senior-level freestyle event, placed seventh at the 2020 U.S. Senior Nationals at 57 kg. Entered as the #10 seed, and advanced to the quarterfinals before his first loss. Went 4-2 in the event overall, closing with a 5-2 win over #5 seed Mack in the seventh place bout.
• Named a 2021 NWCA Scholar All-American and to the 2020-21 All-ACC Academic Team.

2019-20
• Earned 2020 All-America 2nd-Team honors by the NWCA.

• 2017 Super 32 National Champion. Became the first high school wrestler from Connecticut to win a national championship since 2003, and was the first public school student to accomplish the feat.
