Florida Super 32 Early Entry Tournament - A First Glance

Just a quick look at those registered (Girls are below the boys breakdown). Weights might change and I’m sure we will have no-shows, but this is what we have at the moment.

Projected seeds are based on … 1) 2023 State Tournament finish and 2) last year’s place at this tournament

We saw some changes at last weekend’s Georgia tournament - so expect the same this weekend. Also this isn’t how I would necessarily seed them (or how I think they will finish) … this is just based on the criteria - 2023 State Place and last year’s place at this tournament. All placements listed below are Florida unless otherwise mentioned.

  • Large weight for 106 - 54 registered

  • Lots of freshmen, sophomores, and juniors

  • 4 Florida State Placers plus Fargo National Champ (and Florida Girls State Champ) Gabriele Tedesco (anyone that doesn’t think that Gabby can compete with this group is crazy … she’s a hammer and was the starting 106 for Lake Gibson’s boys team last year … yeah and they won a dual title)
