Mortimer Jordan tops Hartselle 46-19

  • Mortimer Jordan won 10 of the 14 weights as they cruise to the 6A finals. Caleb Wright, Brodie Christmas, and Aiden Morris gave MJ the lead and they never looked back.

Mountain Brooks downs Wetumpka 41-22

  • Mountain Brook’s Sam Carroll, Jack Windle, and Allen Baker put Mountain Brook in the lead 14-3 after the first 4 matches and the Spartans cruised to 8 wins and a 41-22 win over a tough Wetumpka squad. Falls by Stuart Andrews and Coleman Bates sealed the dual.

I assume the winners will dual after the first match of the evening.
