Lemon Bay got a string of wins from 144-175 to open up a close matchand cruise to a 48-26 win. Again Lemon Bay used bonus points to really help their effort as 7 of their 9 wins came by way of either fall or forfeit.

1st Round

• Aubrey Rogers 54, Bayshore 18

• Lemon Bay 42, First Baptist 37

Aubrey Rogers cruised with 7 wins in a row from 113-150 - all with falls except for a forfeit at 138. Lemon Bay vs. First Baptist was another story. This was a match that went back and forth throughout and ultimately came down to bonus points playing a huge role. Both teams got 7 wins, but Lemon Bay got 6 falls and 1 forfeit whereas First Baptist countered with 5 falls and then a decision and a major decision. Keegan Martin’s ability to not get pinned by Andres DiGrigoli at 157 and instead give up a 14-1 major decision was huge in the outcome.
